I am very pleased that I contacted WTech22 . I am confident that I have now found a heating and cooling company that is reliable, competent, knowledgeable and best of all fair in their pricing . This comes after I reached Wilson (owner) to address two separate issues in a matter of 3 weeks. The first was water coming from my AC and the second was my furnace not producing heat. In both instances Wilson made himself available and provided quick and competent service. What added more to my satisfaction was the fair and reasonable pricing, Thanks Wilson I’m glad I know who you are there when I need heating and cooling needs.

I hired the The HVAC services and I am happy with the results. The technician was punctual, arriving right on time which I really appreciate. He was professional and clearly articulated explaining the issues of the repair process in a way I could easily understand. His work ethic was top-notch. He was thorough careful and made sure everything was done right the first time. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this team for their solid five star performance.

We had one of our air condensers stop working in our in-law suite. We contacted numerous hvac a/c companies that were either too busy or wouldn’t answer the phone. We contacted wtech22 heating and cooling late in the evening and they came the very next day. After patiently spending a lot of time figuring out which breaker was the correct lead to the unit he discovered that one of the fuses in the fuse box was toast. Because it is an older unit, he had to special order it. So unfortunately it took a few days to receive it. When he was finally able to stop by from his busy schedule (had to wait a couple extra days as they were doing installs in another town), he successfully got the unit back up and running! Mission accomplished!

Wilson resolved my unique central ac problem with a few solutions. He called me back the same day to address my needs. He was quick to diagnose the problem. He was knowledgeable and explained everything throughly. His team of 4 removed the old central ac unit and replaced with a new one all in one day. He was willing to work with a customer, his professionalism and courteous earned him and his team my five star rating!! Wilson is also very easy to talk to, making the experience more enjoyable. They ended up working late to finish the job, we provided dinner for the team to show our appreciation. With all that said I would recommend Wtech22 to my friends and family. Great service and communication. I needed a new unit for a rental property in the middle of the recent heatwave, and had the old unit inspected, removed and new one installed within 2 days! Happy with the service and work and will definitely use them again for future needs.

Wilson was great and very hard working. I had them replace my 15 year old tank water heater with a new tankless system and had them replace my 30 year old boiler with a new one. Both were working fine, but I knew they were getting old and wanted to replace them before it became an emergency.
They started with the boiler and initially had troubles getting my upstairs zone back up and running, but Wilson worked long and late hours to pinpoint the issue and get it corrected. Next they moved on to the water heater and again worked long hours to make sure it got back up and running the same day they started the project so we didn’t have to live without hot water for any period of time.
Wilson was very professional as was his crew. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services. They will do it fast and right.

I recently had wtech22 install a complete HVAC system in my home (air conditioning and heat pump). Wtech22 offered the best price and the quality of the work was outstanding. This was no small project, which required a lot of hard work in small attic spaces, but they installed a thorough system. Communication was also fantastic and very easy to make arrangements and be updated on the progress. The installation was also very neat and organized when it came to the end product. I’d 100% recommend this company and have been completely satisfied with the finished product.

Wilson and his team at wtech22 restored my faith in honest hard working HVAC professionals who care about their customers. During the Easter holiday weekend, our old boiler started leaking at the heat exchanger and was a lost cause; no heat nor hot water. Wilson sympathized greatly with our family and despite the holiday, stopped by immediately and gave a very competitive written estimate. When we made a decision to move forward, he dropped what he was doing and started the same day. I assumed he was stopping by to collect down payment but much to our surprise, he and his whole team showed up with the new system and parts in tow and got to work straight away. He patiently answered all the questions I could annoyingly find via Google throughout the process and addressed all my concerns and worked through multiple late evenings to get us back and running. What a great and friendly guy and such a departure from some others in his trade who can come across as condescending at times… Thanks to Wilson, we now have a technologically advanced high efficiency unit that is web enabled with a digital display covered by wtech22’s warranty and further backed by a manufacturer’s 10 year parts and labor warranty!!
